Q:  Do you have extended warranty?
A: Yes, we have a technical support contract that includes, if it is required, the dispatch of a new controller on the next business day in order to avoid downtime. Once the original controller is received, it will be diagnosed and repaired accordingly with the terms of the contract. The Extended warranty is a monthly fee charged in advance annually.
Q: Does your controller have remote monitoring capabilities and remote control software?
A: Yes, we included software that connects to the controller in order to set some parameters and monitor some functions. It can be used remotely using some internet utilities. Remote control functions are intended for our technical support staff.  If your company requires remote control, we can upgrade your firmware according to your needs.
Q:  What kind of SRD style your controller is intended for?
A:  It is a direct replacement controller for the old Semitool® PSC-101 controller and it is intended for any Semitool® SRD S model with brushless motor and LC4 unit. It can be used in any single stack, double stack and cabinet type Spin Rinse Dryer. It works with 2,4,8,12 inches wafer size units.
Q: Does you controller detect if Antistatic is not working?
A:  Yes, it detects antistatic failure; it will show an alarm and add an entry in the real-time log.
